How to Use

• Setup: Download the Starfit App and follow the instructions to pair your scale in the App. Ensure your user profile (height, age, gender) is accurate for the best results.
• Placement: Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface without carpet like tile or hardwood.
• Measuring: Step onto the scale barefoot and pull the handle upward.
• Grip & Posture: Hold the handle with both hands, ensuring your fingers and thumbs are in full contact with the electrodes. Keep your arms straight and at a 45-degree angle away from your body.
• Completion: Stand still until the LED display finishes cycling through your metrics. The data will automatically upload to your app profile.
• Tips for Accuracy:
  • Measure at the same time each day (ideally in the morning).
  • Ensure your hands and feet are not excessively dry; use a light moisturizer if needed to improve conductivity.

Care Instructions

• Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpet or uneven floors.
• Complete Bluetooth pairing in the Starfit app before measurement.
• Keep the device dry. Do not immerse, or expose to steam rooms or showers.
• Extend and retract the telescopic/rope handle gently; do not twist.
• Carefully wipe the device with a clean, soft cloth; do not use any detergent.
• Do not disassemble, squeeze, puncture, or short-circuit the device.
• Do not put the device into water or fire.
• Do not expose the device to an environment at the temperature of higher than 60°C (140°F)
• Replace or recharge batteries as indicated by the screen. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.
