Return Policy

RunStar offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the delivery date of your item.

To start a return, please contact us at service@runstar.com. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Items that show signs of excessive wear, alteration, or intentional/malicious damage are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Standard shipping on all orders is free, so there are no original shipping charges to deduct or refund.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received the return. If everything is in order, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
