RunStar has a 30-day return policy.

Please note: Items that show signs of excessive wear, alteration, or intentional/malicious damage are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received the return. If everything is in order, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take extra time for bank or credit card companies to complete the transaction.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since the confirmed return and a refund has not been received, please contact service@runstar.com.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
