Care Instructions:

  • Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpet or uneven floors.
  • Complete Bluetooth pairing in the Starfit app before measurement.
  • Keep the device dry. Do not immerse, or expose to steam rooms or showers.
  • Extend and retract the telescopic/rope handle gently; do not twist.
  • Carefully wipe the device with a clean, soft cloth; do not use any detergent.
  • Do not disassemble, squeeze, puncture, or short-circuit the device.
  • Do not put the device into water or fire.
  • Do not expose the device to an environment at the temperature of higher than 60°C (140°F)
  • Replace or recharge batteries as indicated by the screen. Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types.

  • Do not use this device if:

Please note: Items that show signs of excessive wear, alteration, or intentional/malicious damage are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received the return. If everything is in order, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take extra time for bank or credit card companies to complete the transaction.
